Hive Property Care LLC runs this website. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your information to reply to you and do the work you ask for.
What we collect
- The quote form. Your name, property name, email, phone, property address, unit count, the plan you picked and any notes you write.
- Spam protection. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions. The security question uses a session cookie that expires when you close your browser.
We don't use advertising trackers or sell anything to advertisers.
How we use it
To answer your request, set up a walk-through, send a proposal, and provide service if you hire us. We keep form submissions in our email, in a private file on our web host, and in our Google Sheets customer list, so a request is never lost.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the services that run the site, our email and our customer list: our web host, our email provider, and Google, which hosts that list in Google Sheets. We never sell or rent your information.
Fonts
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
Deleting your information
Email us and we'll delete what you sent, unless we need to keep it for an active contract or tax records.
